Shipping Charges Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — any applicable offer will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
Delayed or Lost Shipments If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact our support team with your order number, and we will investigate the matter with our shipping partner.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. PAKBUYNEXA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for reshipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
